It has only been a few weeks since we launched the Annual Fund, but parents are responding to our request most enthusiastically. Parent Ed Chan shared “We give to the Annual Fund because we value and wish to support our amazing Saint Andrew's community. By contributing, it helps provide the means to offer our community enrichment opportunities that every student benefits from.” Let’s all join in to Make A Gift Online or Make A Pledge Online. Your Annual Fund gift will help to maintain a 9 to 1 student teacher ratio, provide flexibility to hire and retain outstanding faculty, fund innovative curriculum programs, provide tuition assistance and help manage tuition increases. Thank you so much for your support! If you have questions, please contact Joanne Lee, Director of Development at email@example.com
We love our Buddies! Each year younger and older students are partnered up as 'buddies.' Buddies meet throughout the year to read together, work on crafts and projects, and just hang out. Our first Buddy Lunch will be a PAB-hosted BBQ during CHARACTER COUNTS! Week on Wednesday, October 19th. (No need to order lunch nor bring one from home - the PAB is handling everything.) Buddies will be assigned a color that corresponds with the Six Pillars of Character to wear as part of the special event.

Halloween is a wonderful and special tradition at Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School. Our purpose on Halloween is to help children share their costumes, learn customs and enjoy the spirit of this time of year.
The students and staff will be coming to school in costume on Friday, October 28th. (PLEASE NOTE: Monday, October 31st will be a regular school day with regular uniform dress.) It can be a lot of fun for children, as they love to dress up and make believe. However, it can sometimes be frightening for a child to see familiar people dressed so differently.
The After School Care team is offering you the chance to have a night out on Friday, October 14th! Care is available until 9:00PM and cost $4.50 per half hour or portion thereof. Advance registration is required. Sign up today.

Please mark your calendars for a destination and adventure not to be missed! The 2017 Spring Social and Fundraiser will take off on Saturday, May 6, 2017 to Travel the World With Saint Andrew’s. The itinerary promises to be delightfully packed with globally influenced cuisines, décor and entertainment. Gather with the Saint Andrew’s community for a fun-filled evening to appreciate our school and raise money for great causes. The Spring Social funds the Parents’ Association Board budget and the Endowment for Tuition Assistance. Details and invitations will follow later, but save the date so we all can celebrate!
Many families were introduced to our wonderful Saint Andrew's community through a small dessert hour at a neighbor's home -- maybe you were one of them. They are fun and informative. These intimate events are for prospective parents to get together with current families to learn more about our community and your experiences at the school. Would you like to help interested families learn more about the school you love? If you are willing to host a dessert hour at your home some time in December or January, please contact Renee Gurza in the Admission Office.
